Hotel Chevalier
That´s the name of the short that opens Wes Anderson’s film “The Darjeeling Limited”. Featuring Natalie Portman as the “ex”, it has one of the coolest dialogues I´ve heard recently:
Ex: Whatever happens in the end, I don’t wanna lose you as my friend.
Jack: I promise, I will never be your friend. No matter what. Ever.
Ex: If we fuck I’m gonna feel like shit tomorrow.
Jack: That’s okay with me.
Ex: I love you. I never hurt you on purpose.
Jack: I don’t care.
Anyway the movie is great (yeah, sorry… I know is a little late to comment it but I just saw it today), good dialogues, good acting, beatles references, great music and nice camera movements. I´ve you haven’t seen it so far, go now to your favorite video store/piracy seller and watch it now!
